All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds once an order has been placed.

That said, we care about your experience. If you believe there is an issue with your order (for example, it arrived damaged or incorrect), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to review your case.
