Order Processing Times
- We aim to fulfil and dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
- Pre-orders are excluded from the shipping timeframes listed above and will be dispatched once the full production batch has been completed.
Shipping & Tracking
- Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking code.
- You can use this tracking code to follow the progress of your delivery via the courier’s website.
International Shipping (Outside the UK)
- Orders being shipped outside of the UK may take longer to arrive than domestic orders due to international transit times and customs processes.
- Please allow additional time for your order to be delivered and keep an eye on the tracking information provided for the most up-to-date status.
- Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
