Thank you for shopping with Chop City. Please read our shipping information carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing Times
- We aim to fulfil and dispatch all orders within 14 working days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays).
- During busy periods, sales, or holiday months, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.
Pre-Orders
- Pre-orders are excluded from the shipping timeframes listed above and will be dispatched once the full production batch has been completed.
- If your order contains both a pre-order item and an in-stock item, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item becomes available.
Shipping & Tracking
- Once your order has been fulfilled and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking code.
- You can use this tracking code to follow the progress of your delivery via the courier’s website.
International Shipping (Outside the UK)
- Orders being shipped outside of the UK may take longer to arrive than domestic orders due to international transit times and customs processes.
- Please allow additional time for your order to be delivered and keep an eye on the tracking information provided for the most up-to-date status.
- Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the recipient.
